We're currently accepting payment for vending space for the 2019 events.

 

 

  By purchasing a vending spot you get your business name and business contact  information added to the vendors page.  Pre-Registration and payment is required to vend at the 2016 events. The sooner you pay for your spot, the sooner you get your links added. This link will stay in place until such a time next Fall when the next year's event is scheduled and we start taking payment for the 2020 events.

 

  2019 vending rates stay the same! Several options are available for space, the larger shows such as the Outdoor Show and the Home Show are more expensive. Starting with a 30" x 8' table for the two day event at $80.00 each. ($100 if not reserved prior to the show).  These spaces will be scattered among the large vendors with two chairs behind the table. (we provide the table and the chairs).  On the smaller events we sell table spaces.  This allows for vendors to bring heir own tables and chairs.  If you don't have your own tables we need to know as we can rent them for you for and additional pass-thru charge.  We must know well in advance of the show however.

 

  Also for the larger shows (Outdoor & Home), the next size up is a 10' x 10' booth space for $130.00 ($150.00 if not paid prior to the show), with additional 10' x 10' spaces for an additional $75.00 each ($100.00 if not paid prior to the show). This makes a 10' x 20' space $205.00, and a so on.  Book early to make sure we have room if you are interested in multiple spots.  The spots will fill the center of the mall area of the facility.  Outside space will also be available included with your booth fee.  Please contact us if you're interested in the area outside.  Limited space is available. 

(All vendors in 10 x 10 spots have to provide their own tables/displays).

 

  The money generated from the vending fees and other money making activities goes right back into advertising for the benefit of all vendors.  WiFi is available for the 2019 shows for vendor use thanks to Muscatine Power & Water - Machlink Internet.

 

  The sooner you get your vending fees paid, the better job of advertising and promotion we can do for the benefit of us all.

 

  Electricity is available, please let us know so we know where to place your booth.  Vendors are allowed to have their own raffles to raise funds for their business or organization.

 

  There are a limited number of tables available to non-profit organizations.  These fill up fast!  Please let us know if you have an organization that would be interested.
